All members, whether enrolled for Free or by Paid Subscription, must abide by the guidelines listed below, or risk the cancellation of their account, deletion of all content submitted and permanent banning from this website.
Interpretation of the guidelines listed below and any ensuing corrective action deemed necessary in the event of a member not abiding by the said guidelines, is at the sole discretion of the SupportAnAthlete.org administration team.
LANGUAGE
No member of this Community shall use or encourage the use of foul, offensive, belligerent, or abusive language of any kind at any time.
Any opinion or response to content offered on this web site shall be polite and constructive in nature.
FUNDRAISING PROGRAMS
Members shall not offer any fundraising programs which are known, or become known, to be fraudulent, offensive or in bad taste.
Should any such programs be inadvertently offered by a member, the member will be requested via email to remove the offending program within 24 hours.
Should the member not comply with the removal request within the stated time period, the member's account shall be deactivated for one week, if it is the first offense, and may be immediately and permanently banned if there is a repeat offense.
SPAM - UCE
SupportAnAthlete.org will not tolerate any member of its Community using SPAM-UCE(Unsollicited Commercial Email) to promote their fundraising programs.
Should any such activity be reported, the member involved will be subject to immediate revocation of their account and permanent banning.
If any member wishes to use email in order to find supporters, they must only use individually addressed email messages which shall always contain a paragraph advising the recipient that they can request a stop to the sending of any more messages. All requests for cessation of email communication shall be honored by our members.
APPEAL
All decisions by the SupportAnAthlete.org administration are final and without appeal.
